Aimee loves teaching Zumba fitness classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join her and you'll see what she means. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!

Saturday mornings at 10.30am - 11.15am

Tuesday evenings 6.45pm - 7.30pm and 7.45pm - 8.30pm

Taekwondo

New to Grove Park, Jeon-sa Taekwondo Black Belt Academy training sessions are held on Monday evenings -

Juniors 6.30 – 7.15pm
Adults 7.30 – 8.30pm

Band Rehearsals

The main function room is available to hire for bands etc to use as a rehearsal area.
